Tips:
- Use a sharp knife to cut the tortillas. This will help you get clean, even slices that are easy to roll up.
- Be careful not to overfill the tortillas. Too much filling will make it difficult to roll them up and they may fall apart.
- If the tortillas are dry, you can spray them with a little water before you fill them. This will help them soften and make them easier to roll.
- Be creative with your fillings. You can use any type of meat, cheese, or vegetables that you like.
- Serve the pinwheels with your favorite dipping sauce. Ranch dressing, salsa, or guacamole are all great options.
