1/3 cup finely chopped bittersweet or semisweet chocolate (about 2 ounces)
6 sugar cones
2 tablespoons finely chopped pistachios

Steps:

  • Put the ricotta in a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl. Refrigerate 30 minutes to drain.
  • Transfer the ricotta to a large bowl. Add the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and almond extracts, and the orange zest and beat with a mixer until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute. Fold in 3 tablespoons chopped chocolate. Cover and refrigerate until thick and cold, at least 1 hour.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, ripe fruit and good quality chocolate will make a big difference in the flavor of your cone olis.
  • Make sure your ice cream is firm: If your ice cream is too soft, it will be difficult to scoop and will melt too quickly. Place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before using.
  • Use a variety of toppings: Cone olis are a great way to use up leftover fruit, nuts, and candy. Get creative and experiment with different combinations to find your favorite.
  • Don't be afraid to get messy: Cone olis are meant to be enjoyed with your hands. So don't worry about getting a little chocolate or ice cream on your face.

Conclusion:

Cone olis are a delicious and refreshing treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you are looking for a sweet treat, give cone olis a try.
