COMPANY BABY POTATOES
Just wanted to do something different with potatoes. My husband likes potato skins a little crispy and we both love garlic. The ingredients are approximate and I used rosemary because that is what I had on hand. They looked like I had spent a lot of time preparing them! They were so easy and could be prepared ahead of time that I called the Company Baby Potatoes. (Plus they were GOOD!)

Steps:
- Combine 1st 4 ingredients. Turn into greased caserole and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake 20-25 min. @ 350.
Tips:
- To achieve perfectly crispy potatoes, opt for boiling them first and then roasting them with a generous amount of oil.
- Enhance the flavor of your potatoes by using a flavorful oil such as olive oil, avocado oil, or duck fat.
- Use a combination of herbs and spices to create a unique and flavorful potato dish. Some popular options include rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and chili powder.
- Don't overcrowd the potatoes on the baking sheet. This will prevent them from cooking evenly and becoming crispy.
- Roast the potatoes at a high temperature (425°F or higher) for a shorter amount of time to achieve crispy edges and a tender interior.
- If you prefer softer potatoes, roast them at a lower temperature (350°F to 375°F) for a longer amount of time.
- To add a cheesy element to your potatoes, sprinkle them with grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese before roasting.
- For a tangy twist, add a squeeze of lemon juice or a dollop of sour cream to your potatoes before serving.
