1/2 pound Gruyere Cheese, Grated (Do NOT substitute cheese)
4 Tbls. butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
Dash Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
12 eggs, slightly beaten

Steps:

  • In separate bowl, mix cream with seasonings and mustard. Set aside. Spread cheese onto the bottom of a buttered 13" X 9" glass baking dish. Dot with butter. Tips:

  • Use fresh eggs. The fresher the eggs, the better the flavor and texture of your dishes will be.

  • Cook eggs to the desired doneness. The cooking time for eggs will vary depending on the desired doneness. For example, soft-boiled eggs will take less time to cook than hard-boiled eggs.
  • Use eggs in a variety of dishes. Eggs can be used in a variety of dishes, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. They can be fried, scrambled, poached, boiled, or baked. Eggs can also be used as an ingredient in cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
