PASTA SALAD WITH CHICKEN AND GRAPES
You can use cooked diced ham in place of the chicken, please don't omit the grapes, they really make this salad, but add them in just before serving so they will retain their crunch. Plan ahead this salad needs to chill for a minimum of 8 hours or 24 hours. Please adjust all amounts to suit taste, if you are a dill-lover then increase the amount, this can easily be doubled, I sometimes add in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese into the dressing but that is optional ;-)

Tips:
- For the best flavor, use freshly cooked chicken. Leftover chicken from a roasted or grilled chicken works well.
- If you don't have any cooked chicken, you can also use deli chicken or canned chicken.
- Use a variety of grapes in your salad. Red, green, and black grapes all add different flavors and colors.
- If you don't have any grapes, you can also use other fruits, such as chopped apples, pears, or berries.
- Use a light salad dressing to keep the salad from being too heavy. A vinaigrette or lemon-herb dressing are both good options.
- If you want a more creamy salad, you can add a dollop of mayonnaise or sour cream to the dressing.
- Serve the salad immediately or chill it for later. The salad will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
