1/4 lb sliced roast beef
1/4 lb sliced salami
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
fresh cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine filling ingredients.
  • Spread the filling on an assortment of freshly sliced cold cuts.
  • Ask the deli attendant to slice them more thickly than you might get them for sandwiches.
  • Roll the cold cuts, starting with the longest side.

1/2 kg frozen puff pastry, defrosted (half sheet)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
100 g deli chicken (smoked, BBQ, honey roasted, grilled, etc)
100 g deli roast beef (smoked, roasted, grilled, etc)
100 g deli turkey (smoked, BBQ, honey roasted, grilled, etc)
1 pepperoni (optional) or 1 smoked sausage (optional)
1 egg, beaten
1 pinch chili powder (optional)
2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional)
2 teaspoons poppy seeds (optional)
2 teaspoons fried onions (optional)
1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay out pastry dough flat, and cut into half.
  • Spread mustard on the dough. Layer the 3 different types of cold cuts, one type on top of the other.

2 sheets nori (dried seaweed)
8 leaf lettuce leaves
4 KRAFT Big Slice Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami
1 plum tomato, seeded, cut into thin strips
2 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Bold Cracked Black Pepper Turkey Breast

Steps:

  • Use moistened spatula to mix rice and vinegar until blended. Cool slightly.
  • Spoon cream cheese spread into pastry bag fitted with plain tip. Place 1 nori sheet, shiny side down, on plastic wrap-covered bamboo sushi mat. Use moistened fingers to pat half the rice mixture evenly onto nori. Top with half each of all remaining ingredients, trimming as necessary to fit nori sheet.
