Tips:
- Use fresh, ripe ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish.
- Don't overcrowd the pan. If you add too much fish to the pan, it will steam instead of sear.
- Cook the fish over medium heat. This will help it cook evenly without burning.
- Don't overcook the fish. Cod is a delicate fish, so it cooks quickly. Overcooking will make it tough and dry.
- Serve the fish immediately. Cod is best enjoyed when it is hot and flaky.
Conclusion:
Cod with cherry tomatoes is a simple, yet delicious dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With its light and flaky texture, cod pairs perfectly with the sweet and tangy cherry tomatoes. This dish is sure to become a favorite in your household.
