2 tablespoons finely grated peeled fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, finely grated
2 tablespoons packed light-brown sugar
Fine salt

Tips for Making Coconut Lime Chicken with Thai Garnishes:

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk instead of light coconut milk.
  • If you don't have Thai chili peppers, you can substitute serrano or cayenne peppers, but use less since they are hotter.
  • To make the dish more flavorful, marinate the chicken in the coconut lime sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can cook the chicken in a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • To make the dish more authentic, serve it with jasmine rice and a side of cucumber salad.

Conclusion:

This coconut lime chicken with Thai garnishes is a delicious and refreshing dish that is perfect for summer.
