1-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar and flour. Stir in coconut milk and vanilla. Add coconut and butter; mix well. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shortening, room temperature
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Orange rind, grated
1 1/2 cups Oatmeal, old fashioned, uncooked
2 cups Coconut, shredded, sweetened
