THE BEST NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES

The Best No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies image

I've been experimenting with several versions of this recipe and I think I've found the best variation. The others I've tried are either too juicy and you have to keep them cool to keep their shape, or they're just too crumbly and don't stay together well. This combination has (in MY opinion) the best consistency.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use a dark chocolate cocoa powder.
  • If you don't have marshmallows, you can use chocolate chips or chopped nuts instead.
  • To make your oatmeal even more decadent, add a swirl of whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  • If you're short on time, you can make this oatmeal in the microwave. Simply combine the oats, milk, water, cocoa powder, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the oatmeal is hot and bubbly. Stir in the marshmallows and enjoy!

Conclusion:

This cocoa and marshmallows oatmeal is a delicious and easy way to start your day. It's also a great way to use up any leftover cocoa powder or marshmallows. So next time you're looking for a warm and comforting breakfast, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
