Tips:
- Use fresh cranberries: Fresh cranberries have a brighter flavor and a better texture than frozen or canned cranberries.
- Wash the cranberries thoroughly: Before using the cranberries, rinse them under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Use a food processor to chop the cranberries: This will make it easier to achieve a smooth sauce.
- Cook the sauce over medium heat: This will help to prevent the sauce from scorching.
- Stir the sauce frequently: This will help to prevent the sauce from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
- Add sugar to taste: The amount of sugar you add will depend on your personal preference.
- Let the sauce cool before serving: This will allow the flavors to develop.
