EGG AND BACON QUICHE (CRUSTLESS)

Egg and Bacon Quiche (Crustless) image

This probably has to be the easiest quiche ever! I'm not sure where the recipe came from, but mum would make it all the time and it's just so nice as it isn't too heavy. If desired, you could add 1 cup grated zucchini (excess moisture squeezed out) or a can of creamed corn to the mixture or add some tomato slices to the top of the quiche before baking.

Tips:

  • Use a good quality pie crust. A homemade pie crust is always best, but if you're short on time, a store-bought crust will work just fine.
  • Don't overcook the eggs. The eggs should be cooked through, but not overcooked. Otherwise, they will become tough and rubbery.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your quiche.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different ingredients. You can add your favorite vegetables, cheeses, or meats to the quiche.

Conclusion:

Quiche is a delicious and versatile dish that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a little practice, you can make a perfect quiche every time.
