14 oz refrigerated pizza dough
½ teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup old fashion oat
3 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  • On a floured surface, use a rolling pin or your hands to roll or press out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.

PIZZA CRUST
1 can(s) pillsbury crescent rolls
1/4 c butter, cold
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c flour
pinch of salt
GLAZE
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 Tbsp butter, soft
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
1-1 1/2 Tbsp milk

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400. Cut in butter to sugars, cinnamon, salt and flour to form crumbles. On ungreased cookie sheet separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
  • 2. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake 8 to 12 minutes. After cooled cut into smaller triangles and drizzle with glaze.

1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
2 cups mixed berries
1 vanilla bean
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Transfer the pizza dough to the lined baking sheet and brush the dough with the melted butter.
