1 cup turbinado or light muscovado sugar
¼ cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
¼ cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan, or line with parchment paper.
