I love to use these in my http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/dessert/cookies/aunt-judies-oatmeal-cookies-aka-the-best.html?p=1 recipe! YUM!

To Make Ahead The nuts can be stored at room temperature, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap, for up to 1 week.

Tips for Making Cinnamon-Spiced Nuts:

  • Use a variety of nuts: This will give your snack mix a more complex flavor and texture. Some good options include almonds, pecans, walnuts, and cashews.
  • Roast the nuts before adding the spices: This will help to bring out their flavor and make them more crunchy.
  • Use a light hand with the spices: You want the nuts to be flavorful, but not overpowering.
  • Store the nuts in an airtight container: This will help them to stay fresh and crispy.
