2 cups cold whole milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
FROSTING:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter, cubed
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft set; set aside. , In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1/2 cup butter, eggs, sugar, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add pudding; beat until smooth. Place cut side down in two greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. 1 tablespoon sugar

1/3 cup instant vanilla pudding mix (half of a 3.4-ounce package)
1 large egg, room temperature
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
3 to 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
FILLING:
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
FROSTING:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon water
1-1/2 to 1-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar

4 cups bread flour
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¾ cup chopped pecans
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons milk

Steps:
