1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup mixed golden raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Coat 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Bring a stock pot of salted water to boil.
  • Cook egg noodles 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite; drain.

1 (16 ounce) package small curd cottage cheese
2 cups whole milk
1 cup sour cream

1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup golden raisins

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 10 by 13 by 2 1/4-inch baking dish.

½ cup margarine
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup white sugar
1 ½ cups applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ground cinnamon, for dusting

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the egg noodles, and return to a boil.
