1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil, plus more for skillet

Steps:

1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup water

Steps:
