1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 large egg, room temperature, beaten
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup honey
1 cup chopped walnuts
ICING:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, combine egg, oil, applesauce and honey.
