MINT CINNAMON TEA

Mint Cinnamon Tea image

This is yet another of my lovely tea creations. This blend's flavor reminds me strongly of various mint-flavored chewing gums. It makes a rather pleasant tea hot, but I prefer it chilled. Note: I've listed things in teaspoons because this website won't let me list it in parts, but it's technically in a ratio, so you can make whatever quantity you want.

Time 15m

Yield 1-2 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 teaspoon spearmint
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon coriander seed
1/8 teaspoon cardamom

Steps:

  • Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later.
  • Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh mint leaves and cinnamon sticks will give your tea the best flavor.
  • Steep the tea for the right amount of time: If you steep the tea for too long, it will become bitter. For cinnamon mint tea, 3-5 minutes is usually a good steeping time.
  • Add honey or sugar to taste: If you like your tea sweet, add honey or sugar to taste. You can also add a squeeze of lemon or lime for a refreshing twist.
  • Enjoy your tea hot or cold: Cinnamon mint tea can be enjoyed hot or cold. If you want to make iced cinnamon mint tea, simply brew a pot of tea as usual and let it cool completely before pouring it over ice.

Conclusion:

Cinnamon mint tea is a delicious and refreshing beverage that can be enjoyed hot or cold. It's a great way to relax and unwind, and it can also help to improve your digestion and boost your immune system. So next time you're looking for a healthy and flavorful drink, give cinnamon mint tea a try.
