1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3 cups zucchini, coarsely shredded
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

Steps:

  • Bars:.
  • Combine oil, sugar, and eggs in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until well blended.

1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c flour
2 tsp baking powder

2 c zucchini, grated
2 c powdered sugar (this is the frosting)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp milk
