BROWN SUGAR & CINNAMON PANCAKES
Steps:
- MIX flour, Cream of Wheat cereals and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside. BEAT milk, egg and margarine in separate bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add to dry ingredients; mix just until blended. Let stand 5 minutes. COAT hot griddle or hot skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Ladle scant 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top; turn over and cook until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Serve with butter and maple syrup, if desired.
Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients. Freshly milled flour, pure vanilla extract, and real butter will give your pancakes the best flavor. In general, try to select organic and high-quality ingredients whenever possible.
- Measure your ingredients accurately. This is important for any baking recipe, but it's especially important for pancakes. Too much or too little of an ingredient can throw off the balance of the batter and result in pancakes that are too thick, too thin, or too dense.
- Let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking. This will allow the flour to absorb the liquid and develop its full flavor.
- Cook the pancakes over medium heat. This will help them to cook evenly without burning.
- Flip the pancakes only once. Flipping them too often will make them tough.
- Serve the pancakes immediately with your favorite toppings. Butter, syrup, fruit, and whipped cream are all classic choices.

These cinnamon brown sugar pancakes are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch treat. They're perfect for a lazy weekend morning or a special occasion.
