1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
24 slices bacon
24 wooden skewers

Steps:

  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  • Lay strips of bacon flat and rub with half the sugar mixture.
  • Turn strips over and repeat with the remaining sugar mixture.

3 lbs boneless center cut pork loin, butterflied

6 slices uncooked thick slab bacon

  • Preheat oven to 350*F Heat the peanut oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

¾ cup butter, melted

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously coat a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray; set aside.
