1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime zest
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Assorted fresh vegetables or crackers

Steps:

4 cloves garlic, minced
2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
6 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 lime, zested and juiced
½ cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Place cilantro and garlic in a food processor; blend on low speed. Add garbanzo beans, salt, and cumin seeds. Pulse until garbanzo beans are chopped up. Add tahini, lemon juice, and lime juice. Pour in olive oil slowly through the tube, mixing until hummus is smooth.

cilantro (to your taste, I put a ton in)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
3 dashes salt
