Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients. Fresh cilantro, garlic, and lime zest will give your shrimp the best flavor. If you can't find fresh cilantro, you can use dried cilantro, but it will not be as flavorful.
  • Don't overcook the shrimp. Shrimp cooks very quickly, so it's important to cook it just until it is opaque and pink. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery.
  • Serve the shrimp immediately. Shrimp is best served immediately after it is cooked, while it is still hot and juicy.
  • Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Garnish your shrimp with fresh cilantro and lime wedges for a pop of color and flavor.

Conclusion:

This cilantro garlic lime sauteed shrimp is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is also a healthy and delicious way to get your seafood fix. The shrimp is cooked in a flavorful sauce made with cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and olive oil. It is served over rice or noodles, and can be garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
