Tips for Making Cilantro Chicken and Spicy Thai Noodles:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh cilantro. If you don't have fresh cilantro, you can use 1/4 cup of dried cilantro, but the flavor will not be as good.
  • If you don't have fish sauce, you can use soy sauce instead. However, fish sauce will give the dish a more authentic Thai flavor.
  • If you like your noodles spicy, add more chili peppers or Sriracha sauce. If you don't like spicy food, you can omit the chili peppers or use a milder chili pepper, such as a Fresno chili pepper.
  • If you don't have rice noodles, you can use any other type of noodle, such as spaghetti or ramen noodles.
  • To make the dish more filling, you can add some cooked chicken or shrimp.
  • If you are making the dish ahead of time, cook the noodles and chicken separately and then assemble the dish just before serving.

Conclusion:

Cilantro chicken and spicy Thai noodles is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal. The combination of fragrant cilantro, spicy chili peppers, and savory fish sauce creates a flavor that is both unique and addictive. This dish is sure to please everyone at your table, and it's a great way to use up any leftover chicken or shrimp.
