  • Choose the right ground meat: Use a combination of ground beef and ground pork for a flavorful and moist meatloaf. You can also use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • Use fresh bread crumbs: Fresh bread crumbs help to bind the meatloaf together and add moisture. Avoid using dry or stale bread crumbs.
  • Add vegetables: Vegetables like onions, carrots, and celery add flavor and texture to the meatloaf. You can also add other vegetables like zucchini, mushrooms, or spinach.
  • Use a flavorful sauce: A flavorful sauce helps to keep the meatloaf moist and adds delicious flavor. You can use a variety of sauces, such as ketchup, barbecue sauce, or Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook the meatloaf at the right temperature: Cook the meatloaf at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the meatloaf rest before slicing: Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices to redistribute and makes the meatloaf easier to slice.
