2 Tbsp sour cream
½ cup currants
½ cup walnuts , (toasted and chopped)
½ cup scallions, (thinly sliced)
½ tsp ground curry powder
½ tsp salt
½ jar mango chutney, (about 4 oz)
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut flakes
plain rice crackers, (to serve)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and sour cream, and mix to combine. Add the currants, walnuts, scallions, curry powder and salt, and stir to combine. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
8 ounces sharp orange cheddar cheese, finely shredded
2 tablespoons store-bought chutney
3/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
Water crackers, for serving
6 ounces Roquefort cheese
1 shallot, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
2 teaspoons brandy (optional)
1 cup toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
