PIZZA SQUARES
A great appetizer or snack for kids and adults! Easy to make, hassle free and fun. Very tasty with pesto or hummus as dipping sauce. Use mild or hot salami slices, and sprinkle on some finely chopped fresh basil instead of dried mixed herbs. These are easily burnt, so keep a close eye.

BRUNCH PIZZA SQUARES
I love using convenience items, like the crescent rolls in this easy recipe. When I serve it to guests, they always ask me for the recipe. To hurry along the preparation of this dish, I frequently brown a few pounds of sausage ahead of time and keep it in the freezer.-LaChelle Olivet, Pace, Florida

Tips:
- For a crispy crust: Use a combination of all-purpose flour and bread flour. The bread flour will give the crust a chewy texture, while the all-purpose flour will make it crispy.
- Don't overwork the dough: Overworking the dough will make it tough. Mix it just until it comes together, then let it rest for a few minutes before rolling it out.
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the pizza will be. Use fresh, flavorful toppings and a good quality cheese.
- Don't overcrowd the pizza: If you put too many toppings on the pizza, it will be difficult to cook evenly. Add just enough toppings so that each bite has a good balance of flavors.
- Bake the pizza at a high temperature: The higher the temperature, the crispier the crust will be. Bake the pizza at 450 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
Conclusion:
Christmas pizza squares are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for a holiday party or a festive gathering. With a few simple tips, you can make the perfect Christmas pizza squares that will be enjoyed by everyone.
