4 c broccoli florets
4 c cauliflower florets
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 c cherry tomatoes
dressing
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1-2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. In a large salad bowl, combine the vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Makes 16-18 servings.

4 c fresh broccoli florets (about 3/4 pound)
4 c fresh cauliflowerets (about 3/4 pound)
1 medium red onion chopped (i make thin slices as some don't care for it. but it flavors the salad
2 c cherry tomatoes---halved
DRESSING
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1 to 2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. In a large salad bowl,combine vegetables.
  • 2. In another bowl mix the dressing ingredients until smooth: Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
