1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package frozen stir fry vegetables
3 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups chow mein noodles, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Brown ground beef and onion. Place in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Mix in soups, frozen vegetables, half of the green onions, seasonings, and 1 cup of chow mein noodles.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining chow mein noodles. Return to oven and bake for additional 15 minutes or so, until hotdish is hot and bubbly, and chow mein noodles are browned.
  • Top with remaining chopped green onions and serve.

1 pound ground beef
2 cups sliced peeled potatoes
2 cups finely chopped celery
3/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup water
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (5 ounces) chow mein noodles, divided
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and set aside. , In same skillet, saute potatoes, celery, carrots, green pepper and onion in butter 5 minutes. Add water; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup and cooked ground beef until blended. , Sprinkle half the chow mein noodles into a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Spoon meat mixture over noodles. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Top with cheese and remaining noodles. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes longer or until heated through.

1 cup chow mein noodles
1 cup chopped celery
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can vegetable soup

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup uncooked rice
2 cups water
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups celery, chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 bag chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • Cook ground beef until brown.
  • Add onion and celery, cook until almost tender.
  • Add remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.
  • Put into a two quart casserole dish.

1.5 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup water
2 whole medium onions
2 cups cooked rice (* I used brown instant rice)
10 ounce - can of cream of tomato soup/condensed tomato soup
10 ounce - can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 -14 oz pkg dry (crispy) chow mein noodles
3 tbsp soy sauce
dry (crispy) chow mein noodles
additional soya sauce
green onions, chopped ((optional))

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C and spray the inside of a large casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
