Tips:

  • Choose the right noodles: Use thick and chewy noodles such as udon, ramen, or soba noodles for this stir-fry. They will hold up well to the sauce and vegetables.
  • Slice the cabbage thinly: This will help it cook evenly and quickly.
  • Brown the chorizo before adding the other ingredients: This will help to release its flavor and prevent it from becoming dry.
  • Use a high-heat setting: This will help to create a nice sear on the chorizo and vegetables.
  • Stir-fry the noodles until they are just tender: Overcooked noodles will become mushy.
  • Add the sauce at the end of the cooking process: This will help to prevent it from burning.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs: This will add a pop of color and flavor to the dish.

Conclusion:

This chorizo and cabbage stir-fried noodles recipe is a quick and easy meal that is packed with flavor. It is a great way to use up leftover chorizo and cabbage, and it is also a healthy and affordable meal. Serve it with a side of rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
