1 1/2 cups ground chocolate wafers (from about 30 cookies)
1/3 cup sugar
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Steps:

- For a richer crust, use dark chocolate wafers instead of regular chocolate wafers. - If you don't have a food processor, you can crush the chocolate wafers in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin. - To make sure the crust is firm, press it into the pan firmly and evenly. - If you're making a no-bake cheesecake, chill the crust for at least 30 minutes before filling it. - For a baked cheesecake, pre-bake the crust for 10-12 minutes before filling it.

Conclusion:

A chocolate wafer crumb crust is a delicious and versatile crust that can be used for a variety of desserts. It's easy to make, and it can be made ahead of time. Whether you're making a cheesecake, pie, or tart, a chocolate wafer crumb crust is a great option.
