3/4 cup butter, cubed
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup cocktail peanuts
1 cup broken pretzel sticks
3/4 cup M&M's minis

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with foil; grease foil. Arrange Saltines in a single layer on foil., In a large heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread evenly over crackers., Bake until bubbly, 8-10 minutes. 2 teaspoons plus 1 cup butter, divided
2/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup miniature pretzels, coarsely chopped
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate baking chips
Sea salt, optional

Steps:

  • Line bottom of a greased 9-in. square baking pan with foil; grease foil with 2 teaspoons butter. Sprinkle peanuts and pretzels onto foil. , In a large heavy saucepan, combine sugar, water, honey and remaining butter; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. 35 -40 large thin pretzel twists
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
