Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: Frozen ripe bananas create a creamy, smooth texture in frozen yogurt. They also add natural sweetness, reducing the need for added sugar.
  • Freeze bananas in advance: Peel and slice bananas, then place them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before using.
  • Use a food processor or high-powered blender: This will help create a smooth, creamy texture in the frozen yogurt.
  • Add mix-ins after blending: Mix-ins like chocolate chips, peanut butter, or granola can be added after the frozen yogurt has been blended. This will help prevent them from getting crushed up too much.
  • Serve immediately or store in the freezer: Frozen yogurt can be served immediately after blending, or it can be stored in the freezer for later. If storing in the freezer, let it thaw for a few minutes before serving.

Conclusion:

Chocolate peanut butter frozen yogurt is a delicious and healthy treat that can be made at home in just a few minutes.
