1 ounce orange vodka

  • Gently stir together the chocolate and sugar and put it on a plate. Run an orange slice around the rim of a chilled martini glass and shake off any excess. Dip the rim in the chocolate/sugar mix to coat.

3/4 ounce​ crème de cacao (white)
Splash​ orange liqueur

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Place chunks of chocolate into a heat-safe metal or glass bowl and put the bowl over a pot of water.
  • Heat and simmer the water until the chocolate is completely melted, stirring regularly.

100g golden caster sugar
zest of 1 orange or clementine
grated dark chocolate , to decorate
100ml vodka
100ml crème de cacao
60ml orange syrup
40ml orange juice

  • First make an orange syrup. Combine 100ml water with the golden caster sugar and the orange or clementine zest in a pan and bring to the boil. Cool and strain the syrup.
