Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. A semisweet or bittersweet chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60% is recommended.
  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can test the temperature of the chocolate by dropping a small amount into a glass of cold water. If the chocolate hardens immediately, it is ready. If it takes a few seconds to harden, it needs to be cooked a little longer.
  • Be careful not to overcook the chocolate, as this will make it grainy and difficult to work with.
  • If you want to add nuts or other mix-ins to your candy squares, stir them in after the chocolate has been removed from the heat.
  • Let the candy squares cool completely before cutting them into pieces.

Conclusion:

These chocolate marshmallow candy squares are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up leftover chocolate and marshmallows. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a sweet and satisfying snack that everyone will love.
