CHOCOLATE MALLOW FONDUE
A recipe from the Dec/Jan 2k1 issue of Taste of Home. So easy and great fun for the whole family! To remove the marshmallow creme from the jar I use a rubber spatula & the fluff just sticks to it. Otherwise microwaving it for a few seconds at a time might make it release easier.

Tips:
- For a richer fondue, use dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
- If you don't have heavy cream, you can use milk instead. However, the fondue will be thinner.
- Be careful not to overheat the chocolate, or it will seize. If the chocolate starts to seize, remove it from the heat and stir in a little milk or cream until it smooths out.
- Serve the fondue with a variety of dippers, such as marshmallows, fruit, cookies, and brownies.
- If you want to make the fondue ahead of time, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When you're ready to serve, reheat the fondue over low heat until it is melted and smooth.
Conclusion:
Chocolate fondue is a delicious and easy dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to use up leftover chocolate, and it is also a fun and interactive dessert that everyone can enjoy. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give chocolate fondue a try!
