1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
⅔ cup milk
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

2 tablespoons Equal sugar substitute (or splenda)
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
1 1/2 cups sugar-free fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
