Tips:

  • To ensure the cookies have a soft and chewy texture, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. This will create air pockets in the batter, which will expand in the oven and result in a soft cookie.
  • Don't overmix the cookie dough. Overmixing will develop the gluten in the flour, resulting in a tough cookie. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the cookie dough before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Use high-quality chocolate and hazelnut spread. The better the ingredients, the better the cookies will taste.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set. Overbaking will result in dry, crumbly cookies.

Conclusion:

These chocolate hazelnut drop cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. With their soft and chewy texture, rich chocolate flavor, and crunchy hazelnut pieces, these cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a sweet and satisfying snack, give these chocolate hazelnut drop cookies a try.
