2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 3/4 cups hot water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients except the brown sugar and 4 tbsp cocoa and hot water. Spread into a 9x9 pan or equivalent.

8 large eggs

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
SAUCE:
2 packages (12 ounces each) frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon orange extract
CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Grease a 10-in. springform pan and dust with baking cocoa; set aside., In a large saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over medium heat; stir until smooth. Set aside to cool.
