1 1/4 t. baking soda
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. oatmeal
6 ounces miniature choc chips
6 ounces miniature choc chips (again)
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
