Tips:
- Use good quality chocolate: The better the chocolate, the better the chews will be. Look for a chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
- Don't overcook the chocolate: Overcooked chocolate will be thick and difficult to stir. It can also cause the chews to be bitter.
- Let the chews cool completely before cutting them: This will help them to set properly and prevent them from crumbling.
- Store the chews in an airtight container at room temperature: They will keep for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
Chocolate chews are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or as a quick snack. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a batch of chocolate chews that will be sure to please everyone.
