Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate. The quality of the chocolate you use will directly affect the flavor of the bread. Look for a chocolate that is at least 60% cacao and has a rich, deep flavor.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter can make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing. This will help to prevent the bread from crumbling.
- Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature. The bread will stay fresh for up to 3 days.
