1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon adobo sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter. Remove from the heat. Stir in the pecans, sugar, adobo sauce, cumin and chili powder until pecans are coated.
