Found this great Wing Sauce Recipe online. I wanted to trying something different than the normal Buffalo Sauce for my smoked Chicken Wings. The Sauce turned out OUTSTANDING on the Wings. The wife and kids loved the Wings. The In-Laws even said it was the best Wings they have ever had. The Sauce has the best of both worlds, Spicy and Sweet. I'm even thinking about using this Sauce on Smoked Ribs. I'm a big fan of this Website and I just want to share this great recipe with everyone here.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients. Fresh limes, cilantro, and garlic will give your sauce the best flavor. If you can't find fresh limes, you can use bottled lime juice, but be sure to use 100% lime juice, not a lime-flavored drink.
- Adjust the heat level to your taste. If you like spicy food, you can add more chipotle peppers or adobo sauce to the recipe. If you prefer a milder sauce, you can use fewer peppers or omit them altogether.
- Let the sauce marinate. Marinating the chicken wings in the sauce for at least 30 minutes will help them to absorb the flavor. You can marinate the wings for up to 24 hours if you have the time.
- Cook the chicken wings until they are crispy. The best way to cook chicken wings is to fry them, but you can also bake them or grill them. If you are frying the wings, be sure to use a heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven to prevent the oil from splattering.
- Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dipping sauce. Chipotle lime sauce is delicious on its own, but you can also serve it with a variety of other dipping sauces, such as ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or honey mustard.
Conclusion:
Chipotle lime chicken wings are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or game day gatherings. With their spicy, tangy, and smoky flavor, these chicken wings are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
