1 teaspoon paprika

16 to 20 ounces your favorite BBQ or salt and vinegar potato chips (I like Zapp's Voodoo)
2 pounds boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1/2 cup honey
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt

Steps:

  • For the chicken: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a bowl or baking dish, add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground mustard and 2 teaspoons each salt and pepper and stir to combine. Beat the eggs in a separate baking dish. 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups salsa verde
3 cups cubed rotisserie chicken, skin removed
1 15-ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup fresh cilantro, plus more for topping
1 8-ounce bag tortilla chips, coarsely crushed (about 4 cups)
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)

Steps:

  • Position a rack in the upper third of the oven; preheat to 400 degrees F. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the scallions and garlic and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
