1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (14 ounces) bean sprouts, undrained
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
1 can (5 ounces) chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in the soup, bean sprouts, soy sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. or 3-qt. baking dish. Stir in rice and water chestnuts., Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover; stir in peas and sprinkle with noodles. 2 medium onions, chopped
1 c celery, sliced
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
1 c warm water
1/2 c rice, uncooked
pepper to taste
1 small can of mushrooms, undrained
1/4 c soy sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Brown meat; drain.
  • 2. Mix meat and remaining ingredients together. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish. (Dish may be sprayed with cooking spray.)
  • 3. Cover and bake for about 1 1/2 hours at a 325 degree oven. (I uncover during the last 15 minutes). Bake until rice is done. Ovens may vary.

1 lb hamburger
1 c chopped onions
1 c diced celery
1 can(s) 4 0z. sliced mushrooms
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 c water
1 c white rice or rice of your choice
1/2 pkg crispy chow mien noodles

Steps:

  • 1. brown hamburger in skillet, drain and set aside
  • 2. In large casserole dish, mix together the soups, onions, celery and soy sauce and mushrooms
  • 3. Add meat to the soup mixture, mix well . Add the water and rice.
  • 4. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or until rice is done. Cover top with crispy chow mien noodles and let rest for 10 min before serving.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef, onion, & celery. Drain meat mixture and pour in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Add cans of mushroom & chicken soups. Add cooked rice, and 1/2 of the can of crunchy Chinese noodles. Stir until the soups and rice and meat mixture are fully stirred. Pour the remaining can of crunchy Chinese noodles over top of mixture and spread evenly.

¾ cup water
⅔ cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup sliced mushrooms

1 (.75 ounce) packet dry brown gravy mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 tablespoon oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 cups warm water
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (3 ounce) can crisp chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In large skillet brown hamburger. Remove hamburger to a plate with paper towels to remove most of grease.
  • In same pan saute onions and celery until onions become transparent. Return Hamburger to pan.
