  • Trim the ribs: Remove any excess fat or connective tissue from the ribs. This will help them cook evenly and make them more tender.
  • Marinate the ribs: Marinating the ribs in a flavorful mixture of spices and herbs will help them develop a delicious flavor. You can use a variety of marinades, but some popular options include soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey.
  • Cook the ribs slowly: Country-style ribs are best cooked slowly over low heat. This will help them become tender and fall off the bone. You can cook them in the oven, on the stovetop, or in a slow cooker.
  • Baste the ribs: While the ribs are cooking, baste them with the marinade or a mixture of your favorite BBQ sauce. This will help keep them moist and flavorful.

Chinese country-style ribs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. Whether you are cooking for a family dinner or a special event, these ribs are sure to be a hit. With a little bit of preparation and patience, you can create a flavorful and tender dish that everyone will love.
