4 cups strawberries
1 cup white grape juice
1 cup plain yogurt
1 3/4 cups cream
1/2 cup Frangelico
1 teaspoon pink peppercorns
nutmeg
12 strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup creme fraiche
fresh edible flower
pink peppercorns
of fresh mint

Steps:

  • In a blender or food processor puree the strawberries with the grape juice. Set aside 1/2 cup of the puree to serve as a garnish.
  • Add the remainder of the soup ingredients (yogurt - nutmeg) to the blender and puree.
